Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery timelines vary by destination.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are assessed by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t have my package—what should I do?

First, confirm the shipping address and check with your household, concierge/front desk, or nearby safe drop areas. Then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us and we’ll support next steps.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Select your items, add to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods available through our secure checkout. Additional options (such as installments) may appear depending on your location and eligibility.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing quickly to protect delivery timelines. If you need to update or cancel, contact us at support@milyanahair.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, changes may not be possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes must be requested within the same 1-hour window. Once an order enters fulfillment, we may be unable to update shipping details.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unless stated otherwise, one discount code per order is permitted.

What does “raw hair” mean at Milyana Hair?

Our hair is 100% raw and unprocessed—no synthetic blends, no chemical processing, and no heavy coatings. It’s curated for longevity, softness, and natural movement.

Can I dye, bleach, or tone the hair?

Yes. Because the hair is raw and unprocessed, it can be colored. For best results and to protect quality, we strongly recommend working with a licensed professional.

How long will Milyana Hair last?

With proper care, Milyana Hair can last 3–5 years or more. Raw hair is an investment—treat it with consistent moisture and gentle handling.

Will the hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal (especially during the first wash or with regular brushing). Proper hydration, detangling from ends to roots, and heat protection help maintain the best experience.

Hair Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my hair extensions?
  • Use sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner
  • Co-wash before first install to enhance softness and refresh the hair
  • Limit heat and always use heat protectant
  • Let the hair air-dry when possible to preserve texture and lustre
  • Detangle gently from ends to roots
  • Protect hair at night with satin/silk caps or bonnets

Can I sleep in my hair?

Yes—protect your hair at night with a silk/satin bonnet or scarf, or sleep on a silk pillowcase to reduce friction and dryness.

Will the hair revert after styling?

Yes. When you straighten or curl, the hair will typically revert back to its natural texture after washing and conditioning.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and the nature of raw hair, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive the wrong item or an item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@milyanahair.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Important: Items that have been worn, installed, altered, colored, or chemically processed are not eligible for replacement.
